"If we accept the premise that all young people are special, we are better able to deal with individual differences in different individuals"
(Australian Sports Commission, 1996, p.3).

Vision

Our Vision is to inform our Society and show care so that the outward manifestations of the Syndrome are understood and accepted; and to ensure adequate facilities are available to teach parents, their children and other concerned parties how to deal with the social, physical and psychological problems these afflictions cause and to source for financial provision for research into a cure and treatment for this rare syndrome.

Mission

The mission of the Moebius Syndrome Foundation Africa is to support both the parents and those who are faced with this challenge, to comfortably accept and deal with the physical, developmental and emotional conflict within. By accepting the challenges of their diverse needs, we will empower them and their families to reach optimal levels of independence, health and well-being and in so doing embrace living a purposeful life.
